The Top of the Mops 2025 Tour is our annual celebration of the outstanding individuals who go above and beyond every single day across our sites. This year, we hit the road to surprise and delight our shining stars – recognising excellence, commitment and those magic touches that truly define what it means to be part of the Mrs Buckét team. From early morning visits to unexpected drop-ins, our Head Office team travelled across South Wales to personally hand-deliver awards, share hugs and surprise the people at the heart of our success. Because when it comes to recognition, we believe it should be loud, proud and unforgettable!
In just 3 days, we travelled across South Wales to deliver the good news in person with 18 individual awards and 11 site awards – surprising winners at their sites, capturing their reactions and shining a light on the incredible work they do. At Mrs Buckét, our people are everything. Top of the Mops is more than an award, it’s a chance to pause, reflect and celebrate the individuals who keep our standards sky-high and our culture strong.
