Gender Pay Gap Statement
Snapshot 05 April 2025
We are committed to transparency and fairness in how we pay our colleagues. Our Gender Pay Gap report for the snapshot date of 05 April 2025 reflects the composition of our workforce at that specific point in time.
As a female-founded business, we employ significantly more women than men, with women representing the majority of our workforce across all pay quartiles. Many of our operational roles, including Cleaning Technicians, traditionally attract more female applicants, and over half of our colleagues work part-time. Workforce composition therefore has a direct impact on how our averages are calculated.
For 2025, our median gender pay gap is 0%, meaning that men and women are paid equally at the midpoint of our organisation. The mean gender pay gap shows a small variance of 0.54% in favour of men, largely reflecting the distribution of head office roles at the time of the snapshot rather than differences in pay for comparable work.
Bonus payments during this period were broadly balanced, with equal median bonus payments for men and women. Variations in mean bonus figures are influenced by the type and timing of payments, including referral and operational bonuses.
We remain committed to ensuring fair and equitable pay practices and will continue to monitor our data as our workforce evolves and grows.
