It’s been this way since our founder, Rachael Flanagan, set up Mrs Buckét in 2005.

There are 4 stages to complete your recruitment journey;
Step 1: You complete the Application Form and it is reviewed by our in-house Talent Team
Step 2: Should you be successful you will be invited to a video/telephone screening call with our Talent Team
Step 3: Should you be successful you will be invited to a Trial Clean and face to face interview with a senior member of the Operations Team
