Our annual Community Clean Up is all about giving back, transforming a local space that means the most to the people who use it. Each year, the public nominate, a shortlist is created by our panel and the final winner is chosen by public vote.
This year, we’re delighted to announce our winner: Splott Community Volunteers .
Together with our team, partners and supporters, we’ll be rolling up our sleeves to help refresh and revitalise their space mid-September. Creating a cleaner and brighter environment for everyone to enjoy.

We’re not your average mop-and-bucket crew. With a team of 5 partner companies and over 400 expert cleaners who are equipped with decades of experience and a passion for making spaces shine, we’re more than ready for the challenge!
We’ll be teaming up with our incredible partners and grime-busting pros to make this clean-up a reality. As one of the largest specialist distributors of hygiene products in South Wales, Newhall will be providing the clean-up with cleaning products, cloths and consumables. The mental health charity Big Moose will also be involved on the day, working to create safer, more supportive spaces for those in need – and COO Chloe Smith will also be taking part as a panelist. With an established presence across South Wales in maintenance and engineering, CMB will also be in attendance to lend a helping hand. We’re proud to be partnering with Blitzer Group, Swansea’s leading commercial and maintenance company who specialise in using eco-friendly solutions and advanced equipment for the removal of chewing gum, graffiti and gutter cleaning. Finally, a clean-up wouldn’t be complete without the right uniform – that’s why we’re teaming up with PK Safety who will be equipping our cleaners with the suitable workwear to tackle any space.
Together, we’re bringing the best in the business – industrial kit, specialist know-how, elbow grease and all to transform one Welsh community hub in just 24 hours.
