Mrs Buckét’s core offer is managed commercial cleaning. Facilities support can complement that service where the tasks, staffing and responsibilities have been agreed for your workplace.

Confirm which activities are included, who manages them, when the work can take place and how issues are escalated. A cleaning contract does not automatically include every facilities service or responsibility for the whole site.

Discuss the supporting services your site needs

Depending on the agreed contract, supporting work may include daytime janitor tasks, consumable replenishment, keyholding, site supervision or car park attending.

Security and other specialist responsibilities need separate scoping, with the provider, required checks, access permissions and responsibilities confirmed before work begins. Do not assume they are included in a routine cleaning service.

Changes to hours, additional resources or absence cover must be agreed for the individual contract.

Agreed reviews and reporting

Agree the measures, audit frequency, reporting and review arrangements for your site. Findings and corrective actions are discussed through named account management. There is no fixed monthly reporting promise for every contract.

Changes agreed with you

Review changes in occupancy, access, hours or site use with your account manager. Additional work and resource requirements are assessed and agreed before they become part of the service.
