Healthcare cleaning shaped around patients, people and clinical routines

Mrs Buckét provides managed healthcare cleaning for medical centres, clinics, dental practices, pharmacies and other healthcare workplaces across South Wales and the South West of England.

Each contract is shaped around opening hours, patient footfall, clinical routines, access arrangements and the different demands of waiting areas, consultation rooms, washrooms, staff facilities and shared spaces.

The result is one coordinated cleaning service that supports a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment while fitting around the way your healthcare setting operates.

Five pillars of a better healthcare environment

For healthcare, facilities and practice teams, effective cleaning should support patients, staff, hygiene and the wider care environment. Our approach is built around five connected priorities.

Pillar 1

Environment

Clean, presentable and responsibly managed agreed clinical areas, reception areas, waiting rooms and staff facilities.

Pillar 2

Belonging

Cleaning teams who are included, informed and understand the values, routines and people-focused culture of the organisation.

Pillar 3

Wellbeing

Hygienic facilities and comfortable shared spaces that support patients, healthcare teams, support staff and visitors.

Pillar 4

Safety

Trained teams working to agreed RAMS, access arrangements, safeguarding expectations where relevant and site-specific procedures.

Pillar 5

Performance

Cleaning schedules, monitoring and communication designed around opening hours, patient flow, clinical routines and agreed access requirements.

How we keep standards on track

Visible account management, agreed KPIs and regular performance reviews keep standards clear and support consistent hygiene across healthcare environments.

Dedicated account management

A named account manager provides regular oversight, maintains clear communication and follows agreed actions through.

Built around your routines

Cleaning schedules are shaped around opening hours, patient flow, clinical routines and agreed access requirements to minimise disruption.

Agreed KPIs, audits and reporting

Site-specific KPIs, structured audits and clear visual reporting make performance easy to monitor and evidence.

Responsive support

Additional resource and cover can be provided as patient volumes, opening patterns or operational requirements change.

Clear communication

Defined contacts and straightforward routes for feedback, updates, corrective actions and escalation.

Teams work to agreed RAMS, PPE, access, hygiene and site procedures, with appropriate supervision and clearly defined responsibilities. Any requirement for sterile, validated, theatre, specialist clinical decontamination or other specialist cleaning must be confirmed and scoped separately.

Curing the problem for Bellevue GP Practice

Based in Newport, Bellevue GP Practice provides medical care to hundreds of people all year round. The practice appointed Mrs Buckét in June 2015 after ongoing problems with its previous cleaning provider.

We worked closely with the practice to improve cleaning standards quickly, and have been commended for turning the situation around efficiently.

Healthcare cleaning: what you need to know

Clear answers to the practical questions practice managers, facilities teams and healthcare organisations ask when planning a cleaning contract.

Can cleaning be scheduled around patients and opening hours?

Yes. Cleaning can be planned around opening hours, appointment schedules, quieter periods and agreed access windows to minimise disruption to patients and staff.

Which parts of a healthcare site can be included?

The agreed scope can include reception and waiting areas, consultation rooms, offices, washrooms, changing facilities, staff areas, corridors and other communal spaces. Exact requirements are confirmed following a site review.

How do you support infection-control standards?

Cleaning methods, frequencies, PPE and high-touch priorities can be agreed with the client and aligned to site procedures. The cleaning team works to the documented requirements set for each area.

How are healthcare cleaning standards monitored?

A dedicated account manager can agree site-specific KPIs, provide reporting and hold regular review meetings, with actions tracked through to completion.

Can the service adapt when patient volumes or opening patterns change?

Yes. Cleaning plans and resources can be reviewed as opening hours, patient flow, events or operational requirements change.

Do you provide sterile or specialist clinical decontamination cleaning?

These specialist requirements must be confirmed during the site review. Mrs Buckét can work within healthcare environments and follow agreed access, PPE, hygiene and cleaning procedures, but sterile, validated, theatre, specialist clinical decontamination or other highly regulated cleaning must be specifically scoped and agreed before quotation.

Where do you provide healthcare cleaning services?

Mrs Buckét provides contract healthcare cleaning across Wales and the South West of England. Final availability depends on site location, requirements and contract scope.
