Debra James-Bailey

With a background rooted in manufacturing and a career that began on the shop floor, Debra brings a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to the role. Over the years, she has worked across various sectors, steadily progressing into management, most recently holding the position of Production Manager. This practical journey has shaped her deep understanding of operational excellence and the importance of a well-supported team.

In her new role at Mrs Buckét, Debra will focus on the strategic development of the division, working closely with area managers and wider teams to enhance performance in planning, quality assurance, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Her goal is to uphold the company’s high standards while consistently raising the bar to ensure exceptional service delivery.

As Debra puts it, “Continuous improvement is not about perfection — it’s about progress. Every step forward, no matter how small, moves us closer to excellence.”

Believing that sustainable success stems from empowering people, refining processes, and never settling for “good enough,” Debra is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and is eager to build strong relationships across the business.

Outside of work, Debra is a keen photographer with a passion for capturing moments, landscapes, and life through the lens. A dedicated NFL fan, she can often be found following the latest games and stats when not out with her camera.
