Hugh James has seen its cleaning audit score rise from 76.80% to 98.89% since appointing Mrs Buckét to clean its Cardiff headquarters.
The service began in November 2025 at the law firm’s offices in Central Square. Since then, Mrs Buckét has worked closely with the Hugh James team to improve cleaning standards and maintain a welcoming environment for employees, clients and visitors.
The progress reflects a consistent approach to cleaning, supported by regular communication, investment in equipment and close account management.
