Meet Jane: People at the Heart of Everything

My name is Jane, and I’m an Area Manager at Mrs Buckét. I’ve been with the business for three years and have extensive experience within the cleaning industry.

Without a doubt, my favourite part of my role is the people.

I love working alongside our supportive Head Office team, but equally, I love being out in the field spending time with the teams I manage. There’s nothing better than sitting down with the team over a cuppa and a slice of cake, having a chat and really getting to know the people behind the job.

Building those relationships is incredibly important to me. I truly believe that we get the best from our people when we invest our time in them. Whether that means listening, offering support, recognising a job well done, or simply taking the time to ask how someone is, those moments matter.

With people being at the heart of everything we do at Mrs Buckét, it’s one of the things I love most about being part of the business.

My role is also about building strong relationships with our clients. Standards and service delivery are at the core of what we do, and providing a service that our clients can genuinely trust is something that is personally very important to me.

I love visiting our clients, spending time with them and really understanding what matters to them. It allows us to look beyond simply delivering a cleaning service and think about how we can make a genuine difference to their workplace and their experience with Mrs Buckét.

For me, being an Area Manager is all about relationships. It’s about supporting our people, understanding our clients and bringing the two together to deliver a service we can all be proud of.
