Mrs Buckét and Monmouthshire Building Society: consistent cleaning across multiple sites
Since August 2025, Mrs Buckét has provided commercial cleaning for Monmouthshire Building Society, including its Newport headquarters and locations across Wales.
The Society needed a reliable cleaning partner that could keep standards consistent across its sites. It also wanted a team that understood the needs of its staff and members. Mrs Buckét took time to understand those requirements and shape the service around each location.
Reliable cleaning that makes a difference
For Monmouthshire Building Society, the difference comes down to the people delivering the service and the standards they maintain.
Mark Howell, Facilities Environment Sustainability Manager at Monmouthshire Building Society, said:

Mark also says staff value being able to arrive at a clean office, giving them confidence in their working environment.
Creating opportunities for local people
The partnership has created new jobs and given existing Mrs Buckét employees additional hours.
Two members of the Society’s previous cleaning team also transferred to Mrs Buckét under TUPE, the rules that protect staff when a service moves to a new employer. Both team members kept their roles as part of the wider Mrs Buckét team.
For both organisations, supporting local people is an important part of the relationship.
