As Area Manager, Toni works closely with clients across Caerphilly, Cowbridge, Aberdare and Hay-On-Wye, ensuring they receive a consistently high standard of service.
Her role involves supporting and managing her teams, ensuring they have the training, guidance and resources they need to deliver the best possible results. Toni also works closely with clients to maintain strong relationships, carry out regular audits and overcome any challenges that arise.
“I’m a people person who loves meeting and working with a diverse range of people every day. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is that no two days are ever the same, keeping the work varied, exciting and rewarding. I also find great satisfaction in overcoming challenges and finding solutions, especially when I can make a positive difference.”
Outside of work, Toni enjoys attending motorcycle events and spending weekends at the beach in her camper van. Family time is very important to her, and she loves spending time with her two daughters and three dogs, whether that’s enjoying days out, family meals, or hiking and exploring the mountains.
