In his role, Len’s primary responsibility is to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service to our clients. He focuses on building long-term partnerships through regular site visits, strategic planning, and forward-thinking innovation.
With a passion for people and over 16 years of experience in operations — primarily at Amazon UK — Len has led large teams of up to 500 colleagues. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, continuous improvement, and a drive to create high-performing, supportive environments.
Len is committed to enhancing current systems and processes through creative, practical thinking, always striving for operational excellence that makes a measurable impact.
Outside of work, Len enjoys spending time with his partner and their three children, especially going on family walks. A proud rugby fan and former player, he’s also represented Wales at U15 level on several occasions — a highlight he still holds close.
