Dora Vasarhelyi

Dora is one of our area managers at Mrs Buckét and brings over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry to her role. Starting her career as a cleaner and working her way up to management, Dora has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry—and knows exactly what it takes to deliver consistently high standards.

As part of our operations team, Dora is responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped, supported, and motivated to deliver outstanding service to our clients every single day. She works closely with teams on the ground to arrange cover, manage day-to-day operations, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

With a strong focus on quality, Dora regularly audits services and identifies opportunities for improvements and training. She thrives on solving challenges, improving processes, and driving performance so that we continue to exceed expectations across all our contracts.
