Top of the Mops 2025: Celebrating the Stars Behind the Shine

After three whirlwind days, 24 site visits, 18 individual awards and 11 site awards, the Top of the Mops 2025 Tour has officially wrapped up, and what a journey it’s been.

From Cardiff to Carmarthenshire, our Head Office team hit the road to surprise and celebrate the incredible individuals who go above and beyond every day to keep our clients’ spaces spotless. There were gasps, there were hugs, a few expletives(!) and yes, a few happy tears too.

More than awards

Top of the Mops isn’t just about handing out trophies. It’s about recognition, connection and pride. It’s about making sure the hardworking people behind the scenes – those 5am starters, the quiet grafters, the everyday champions – know just how much they matter.

Each award given was a moment of celebration not just for individuals, but for teams, sites and the spirit that keeps Mrs Buckét shining. Whether it was Best Newcomer, Most Reliable, or Customer Hero, every accolade told a story of commitment, consistency and care.
