Since early 2025 we have been delivering commercial cleaning services at Space2b at The Maltings, Cardiff’s thriving hub for creative and professional workspaces. From the outset, our goal has been to go beyond the basics and create a partnership built on reliability, innovation and care for both people and place.

Central to the success of this partnership is our close working relationship with the team at Space2b. Our Cardiff Area Manager, Dora, provides consistent, hands-on support, taking care of day-to-day needs like managing consumables and ensuring service delivery remains seamless. This allows the on-site team to focus on their own priorities, with complete confidence that the cleaning side is handled professionally and proactively.

Empowering people

As part of our onboarding process, the existing cleaning colleagues at Space2b were welcomed into Mrs Buckét through TUPE. But it hasn’t been just a transfer, it’s been a transformation. With structured training, ongoing guidance and a clear focus on standards, we’ve helped those colleagues enhance both their skills and motivation. The result is a higher level of service and a team that takes real pride in their work.
