Scott, our Business Support Manager, oversees the department, ensuring everything operates efficiently and that communication across the business stays seamless. From analysing data and reporting key insights to the senior management team, to tracking customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for improvement. Scott’s focus is on helping Mrs Buckét grow stronger and smarter.

Working alongside him is Zoe, our Business Support Coordinator. Zoe manages stock ordering and keeps a close eye on our new ticketing system, responding quickly to queries from across the business and from our clients. Her role ensures that no matter what’s needed, the right support is always in place.

Together, Scott and Zoe are the connection between our frontline teams, clients and senior leadership. Helping us maintain our reputation for efficiency, reliability and service excellence.
