Five Months In: An Impactful Partnership with Cardiff Sixth Form College

Five months after partnering with Cardiff Sixth Form College, our Founder and CEO, Rachael Flanagan, paid a visit to the site to see how our team’s work has made a difference.

During her visit, Rachael sat down with Paul Fletcher, College Services Manager, to reflect on how the partnership has evolved and the improvements the college has already seen.

Paul described his first impressions as “very professional and efficient” and highlighted that our hands-on approach to training stood out right from the start.

“We had a full training day which we hadn’t had before, with three or four members of your team supporting and showing the cleaners how things should be done. It was good to see that level of care and attention to detail.”

He went on to praise the ongoing support from our management team, noting how our structured approach has made his role far easier.

“Account management has been a big thing. I’ve got a better relationship, we communicate a lot more, and if there are any issues or concerns, they get dealt with properly and quickly. I don’t have to worry about whether the toilets are clean or if the soap dispensers are working, which means I can focus on my job.”

Paul also credited his Area Manager, Dora, for her responsiveness and reliability, “She’s always on the end of the phone or a text message if I need her, that’s made a big difference.”
