Raising the bar for cleanliness standards at Ysgol Gyfun Gwyr
Ysgol Gyfun Gwyr is a Welsh-medium secondary school in Gowerton, Swansea welcoming pupils aged between 11 and 19.
Following increasing concerns about their standard of cleaning, and the positive reports they had heard about Mrs Buckét, they decided to make the switch to our commercial cleaning contract.
We worked closely with the school to identify what they were missing and how we could fill those gaps to provide a service that goes above and beyond their expectations.
Compared to our previous cleaner the standard we are having at the moment is much, much better, and we pay much less. As a headteacher I firmly believe that you’ve got to invest in the people that work with you, and because they feel that investment they’ll work even more efficiently.
