As our Customer Service Co-Ordinator, Zoe Pugh’s responsibility is to ensure our clients receive the best possible service from us. From the minute we step through our clients doors to the last goodbye, she will be ensuring that our client’s cleaning team is delivering the first-class service they deserve.
With 5 year’s Customer Service experience, Zoe is also our client’s go-to person if they have any concerns or queries and her role will ensure these complaints or issues are recorded and resolved. Alongside this, Zoe ensures every new and existing site is satisfied with our service via surveys, check-in calls or emails.

In Zoe’s spare time she enjoys going to music concerts, swimming and travelling to new places. She loves elephants and collect’s miniature models of them – she has around 50!
