Working closely with our Operations and Recruitment Teams, Kate Williams is instrumental when it comes to welcoming and onboarding new staff into the business. Kate loves working with People and being a consistent point of contact for all new and existing staff members.
Kate’s role includes processing DBS checks, onboarding new staff and dealing with the multitude of queries and questions that she receives working within the HR Department.
Considering the circumstances surrounding COVID, everyone went out of their way to make me feel part of the team, taking the ‘new job’ worries away which enabled me to hit the ground running!
As a busy mum of two when she finds the time she enjoys yoga, catching up with friends over a glass of wine and is currently learning BSL (British Sign Language!)
Fun fact about Kate – she invited friends and family to her 40th Birthday party and surprised them with a wedding!
