Michelle Rosser supports the strategic and operational objectives of the business. Working at Head Office, Michelle is involved in multiple parts of the business to ensure our clients receive a consistent, high-quality cleaning service from us.
As an executive assistant, Michelle provides high-level support to our Managing Director, Rachael, and the Operations Director, Yvette, managing their calendars, liaising with both clients and external stakeholders.
With a background in project management, Michelle also manages a range of projects and supports different teams across the business to ensure they are working efficiently and are on track to achieve our objectives. As a dynamic business that never stands still, we’re always looking to improve, adapt, and be the leaders in commercial cleaning. Michelle supports the team in executing our ideas, working closely with different departments to make sure we achieve our strategic goals and provide the best customer service to our clients.
There is a great team spirit – we all work closely together. It helps to have a very inspirational leader too.
Michelle’s family keeps her busy out of work. Michelle also enjoys keeping fit, practicing yoga, and reading.
