As Operations Manager for Division One, Jon supports our Divisional Manager Emma across many of our sites. Jon is responsible for helping us to grow as a business, increase our productivity and make sure we have the right systems and procedures in place to deliver the very best for our clients.
Jon has spent most of his career in management, mainly within the retail sector. He was most recently a multisite manager for a well-known menswear company.

Outside of work, Jon is a proud dad to two boys and is also a passionate scuba diving and snorkelling instructor. He also enjoys mountain biking, although he has a lot to learn, by his own admission!
