As an Area Manager, Emma Shepherd’s main role is to ensure that all our clients have a consistently fantastic experience with us, from the high standards of cleaning delivered through to the relationships they have with our cleaners.
Emma is our main point of contact for any complaints or queries that clients may have, and she always resolves these quickly and efficiently. Alongside this, Emma continually looks at creative ways to improve our existing processes and explores any new services we could be offering.

At the weekend, Emma likes to go for long walks with her husband and Labrador, Gaston – and if you hadn’t already guessed from her pooch’s name, Emma is a massive Disney fan!
