Customer Experience Manager
As our Customer Experience Manager, Emma’s main role is to ensure that all our clients have a consistently fantastic experience with us, from the high standards of cleaning delivered through to the relationships they have with our cleaners.
Emma is our main point of contact for any complaints or queries that clients may have, and she always resolves these quickly and efficiently. Alongside this, Emma continually looks at creative ways to improve our existing processes and explore any new services we could add to our offering.
Working closely with Area Managers and Team Leaders, Emma will always ensure that the work we do on a day-to-day basis for all our clients, big or small, live up to the values of Mrs Buckét.

At the weekend, Emma likes to go for long walks with her husband and Labrador, Gaston – and if you hadn’t already guessed from her pooch’s name, Emma is a massive Disney fan!
