Division Two Area Manager
Dawn has a huge part to play in our client relationships. With a wealth of experience acting as area manager, Dawn manages our cleaning contracts for our clients so they can focus on the operations of their business. Always positive and professional, Dawn reassures our clients that their cleaning is taking care of, including replenishing their sanitisation stations and chemical cleaning products, and that their teams and employees are happy as a result of our standards.
As part of her role, Dawn is responsible for completing our cleaning audits to ensure our standards never slip and that our clients are satisfied with our commercial cleaning services and facilities. Dawn will also use our cleaning audits to suggest where we can improve and what additional services our clients might benefit from to help them be the best that they can be.
Achieving the goals we set out and knowing that I have made a difference to the company and our clients keep me motivated.
In addition to managing our client relations, Dawn also looks after our clients’ budgets, which involves working closely with our finance team to ensure we are meeting our KPIs, and we are above our targets. Dawn participates in our forward-planning, helping us to set goals for our teams and supporting our growth.
When Dawn isn’t working, she’s most likely on holiday! When at home, Dawn enjoys meeting up with friends and family and watching Formula 1.
