Claire is responsible for creating an environment where our people can thrive and grow. She works closely with our senior management team, consisting of finance and operations, to support in delivering our company objectives.
Her role is both strategic and operational, identifying People priorities and recommending appropriate people management solutions, including developing and improving processes, learning and development opportunities, talent management and building a talent pipeline. She also supports our growth through onboarding and improving the client experience.
Claire is an experienced HR professional, with over 9 years’ experience across the hospitality and retail sectors.

Outside of work, Claire has two daughters, age 3 and 12 who keep her very busy. She enjoyed spending time with them, her husband and wider family. She’s happiest when outdoors, in the sunshine and travelling.
