With the end of the year in sight, we have been looking back at 2015 and giving ourselves a great big pat on the back here at Mrs Bucket.
2015 has been another hugely successful year for Mrs Bucket.
We have grown by a whopping 62% in the last year. This is as a result of our flourishing Swansea operation, cementing our position in the Cardiff marketplace and launching a new office in Bristol….phewf!
The commercial cleaning side of our business is flying across south Wales and the south West thanks to having a presence in Swansea, Cardiff and Bristol.
And we have invested heavily in our offering to ensure we remain at the top of our game. In the last year, we have spent £30,000 on new mobile technology which allows us to track our performance and report back to our clients.
Through mobile devices and ipads, we are now able to carry out our quality spot checks on site, record performance, take photos and add notes for any issues and sign off the audit with the client there and then.
This innovative software is extremely important for us as it not only improves our efficiency, but it helps us to maintain our extremely high standards and keep our customers happy.
Adding to this, our founder Rachael has continued to fly the flag for the company and grow our reputation, while picking up several awards along the way, including ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the 2015 Entrepreneur Wales Awards.
And to top it all off, we have recently moved into a new headquarters on the outskirts of Llanelli.
As you can see from the pics, our new HQ is everything we hoped it would be and more.
It’s in a great location just off the M4, it’s got plenty of space giving us room to expand in the future, it is fresh, bright and modern making it a fantastic place to work for our staff and with state-of-the-art meeting space, we can be proud to welcome our clients onsite.

Despite all of the success and high we have had in the last year, we continue not to rest on our laurels.
We have even bigger plans for 2016 which will see us continue to grow and enhance our offering to the benefit of our clients.
