Mark has been in the company for just over four years and he started with Mrs Buckèt as a cleaner himself, so he has really worked his way up! Mrs Buckèt believes in promoting from within and Mark aimed for the top and applied for the role of Area Manager when it came up just over two years ago. After committing to a range of training programmes including on-the job training as a Start-up Contracts Manager, Mark stepped into the role of Area Manager.

• His ambitions saw him successfully apply for the post of Area Manager
• Ongoing training and development saw him climb the ropes and he has been in a managerial post for two years.
Mark said: “I think it’s brilliant the way the company supports staff who want to aim higher, like me. You’re never just a cleaner at Mrs Buckèt, you are always a really valued member of staff and treated like a family – and that extends to our clients.
“My role sees me making sure the clients are happy and well looked after across the Cardiff area. We will be looking to expand in 2019, working with all different sized companies, from those who require just one cleaner to those who need a much bigger team.”
