No two days are the same
Bobbie is one of our much-loved, brilliant cleaning technicians. Here’s what she has to say about a typical day for her with Mrs Buckét:
“On a typical day, I’d start cleaning at 11am for S4C, then later at 5pm I’d move on to clean at TFP Schemes. On some days I also work at Brewin Dolphin, Stride and Legalinx, and I love the variety of clients we get.”
At the end of her shift, there’s always a kind word to be said and a cup of tea with the team to be had. Bobbie takes huge satisfaction from her work and feels supported at all times.
We’re changing the perception of the cleaning industry
Everyone at Mrs Buckét believes that cleaners are an integral part of any business’s team. We are the reason that clients have safe environments that they can be proud of. We know that for a long time, cleaners have been undervalued, but we’re not prepared to stand for this.
We expect our clients to treat all our team members with respect. We are working towards becoming a Real Living Wage employer and we will always ensure that cleaners have a seat at the table.

We’ve got a great future ahead of us
Mrs Buckét is an ambitious business. In 2020, our revenues sat at £2.9m. This year we’ve grown this by 55 per cent to £4.5m. By 2025, we’re aiming to be worth £12m.
Our fantastic team have got us where we are today, but we’ll need to grow to hit our future targets. As such, we’re looking for another 100 brilliant new people to join our team in 2022.
