For those who may not have been with us during our last awards round in 2023, Top of the Mops is an initiative designed to recognise and celebrate the dedication and hard work of our exceptional team members. Since its inception in 2019, these awards have become an annual favourite, eagerly awaited by both our colleagues and customers.
This year, we’re inviting both our valued customers and colleagues themselves to help us spotlight individuals who have gone above and beyond throughout the past year. Whether it’s a site lead who consistently delivers exceptional customer service or a cleaning operator who demonstrates unparalleled industry knowledge, we want to hear about them.
In traditional Mrs. Buckét fashion, once the winners are selected, expect a full week of celebration! Our management team is known for surprising winners on-site, complete with full fanfare and festivities.
