New cleaning clients get Royal seal of approval

This month we will begin working with a new client which has just received a Royal seal of approval with a visit from HRH Prince Charles!

Connect Assist are a specialist Contact Centre business, based in Cardiff. They are a market leader in delivering public and citizen support services. They do this by providing 24/7 helplines, software solutions and consultancy services. The company was lucky enough to be one of the stops on the 15th summer tour of Wales for Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall. The visit coincides with the 50th anniversary of Charles’s investiture as Prince of Wales at Caernarfon Castle.

Connect Assist works with The Prince’s Trust and so the Prince himself stopped off to see this work in action during his current week-long Royal visit of Wales.

The royal visit took place on July 1 and Connect Assist told us just how much planning and preparation went into the appearance, and here at Mrs Bucket we are proud that our new clients were chosen for such a prestigious visit!

Police sniffer dogs and their handlers were on site to carry out thorough checks and staff were briefed on what to expect and how to address His Royal Highness. The building looked at its best and staff were all dressed smartly. A host of dignitaries and press were in place.

Connect Assist told us that the President of the Prince’s Trust was really interested in how the team fields calls for the charity and spoke to team members about how they went about their working day.

Connect Assist CEO, Ron Moody, was lucky enough to exchange a few words with the Prince and he remarked on his sense of humour and how willing he was to get “in and amongst it”. The Prince’s Trust team at Connect Assist manages over 6,000 inbound calls, 3,000 outbound calls and 350 web chats with people who are looking to find out more about The Trust each month.
