Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Purpose of the role
To be the first point of contact for covering holidays and troubleshooting for the area manager. Providing high quality cleaning services on behalf of Mrs Buckét in line with our excellent customer service standards.
Duties:
- To be the first point of contact for covering holidays and troubleshooting for the area manager
- To work closely with the Area Manager to manage all aspects of the contracts with clients
- General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with the Mrs Bucket quality standard
- To include: dusting, mopping, hoovering, emptying bins on all sites
- Ad- hoc duties
Person specification
- Ability to clean to a high standard
- Previous experience of cleaning in commercial premises
- DBS check
- Clean driving license
- Use your own initiative
- Able to work to set timescales
- Provide flexibility to the business
- Have a high-quality customer service ethos
- Act as an ambassador for the company
- Take pride in providing excellent cleaning service
A company van and fuel allowance will be provided for the mobile cleaning supervisor role.
Commercial Cleaners
Purpose of the role
To work as a commercial cleaner and to provide high quality cleaning services on behalf of Mrs Buckét in line with our excellent customer service standards.
Duties:
- General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with the Mrs Bucket quality standards
- To include: dusting, mopping, hoovering, emptying bins
- To report any supply needs to Area Manager
- To liaise with the Area Manager on any issues regarding the contract with the client
Person specification
- Ability to clean to a high standard
- Previous experience of cleaning in commercial premises
- DBS check
- Use your own initiative
- Able to work to set timescales
- Provide flexibility to the business
- Have a high-quality customer service ethos
- Act as an ambassador for the company
- Take pride in providing excellent cleaning service
