The thought of change is daunting, we’re creatures of habit and like to stick with what we know but, in many cases change can be good.

1. Get in touch

Pick up the phone or drop us an email and within a week, we’ll be on your premises to do a ‘walk round’ with you, suggesting areas which need improvement and to explain how our team can make these changes happen.

After our initial meeting, we’ll have a quote over to you in 24-48 hours, outlining exactly how we can work with you and what you can expect from our service.

2. Sign on the dotted line

When you are happy with the proposal, quote and contract we have suggested, simply sign on the dotted line and we will get the ball rolling for you there and then.

3. Sit back and relax

From this point on we will manage everything. From ensuring we sort out and implement TUPE (if it applies), running and completing staff training sessions for anyone who may require it, stocking your shelves with the latest cleaning products, completing an audit before our official start date and identifying and implementing our unique KPIs for your business – we’re here to make your life easier.

Throughout our entire working relationship, you will be consistently kept in the loop with our work and any updates we may have. This contact will come from your dedicated area manager who is there for you whenever you need them.
