Your Responsibilities
Creating an organisation that is truly inclusive where everyone can bring their whole selves to work requires teamwork.
We all have a role to play in insuring everyone at Mrs Buckèt feels valued and welcome. Therefore you should ensure that your own behaviour or actions do not exclude others and that you are respectful of others values and beliefs.
Unacceptable behaviour
We want all our team members to be inclusive of everyone, this includes everyone we may come in to contact with throughout our working time, fellow team members, customers, third party contractors and members of the public. Therefore we will not accept or ignore any behavior, action or decision that impacts our ability to create a workplace that is inclusive.
Team members must be inclusive of everyone regardless of any privately held beliefs.
What to do if you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour
We want to create a culture where everyone feels welcome and valued however we are aware that there may be times when you either experience or witness inappropriate behavior. If this happens to you then please talk to your line manager as soon as possible. If for any reason you do not feel that you can approach your own line manager please choose another manager you feel comfortable talking with.
You can talk to your manager about any concerns or complaints you may have about your work, work environment or work relationships. Your manager is trained to deal with these issues and will be able to commence steps to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If you feel you are unable to speak to your line manager then you can always speak with a member of the people team who can support you.
