Based in Newport, Wales, Bellevue GP Practice provides medical care to hundreds of individuals all year round.

Prior to appointing Mrs Buckét in June 2015, the practice was having constant problems with its previous cleaning service provider. It got to the point where the issues were quite seriously damaging the practice’s reputation and staff were having to step in to do the cleaning jobs themselves, despite having already busy schedules.

Having seen Mrs Buckét advertised as a professional cleaning provider, the practice called in Rachael, our CEO to advise. They were incredibly impressed by the information and recommendations given and swiftly appointed us. We were appointed swiftly and have been commended by the practice for turning its problems around quickly and efficiently.

What did we do?

• We worked closely with the client to rapidly improve the standard of cleaning
• Our friendly and reliable staff were always on hand for the client to help resolve any issues it was having, continuously providing an above and beyond service.
• We carried out regular audits and arranged meetings to discuss what was working well and if there were any areas of concerns. If there were problems, we provided and implemented tangible and realistic solutions.
