Site Supervisor

Job Details:

· Hours per week: 15.5

· Days per week: Monday to Saturday

– 5:30-8:30pm/ Sat 15:00-18:00

· Pay: £9.50 per hour

Purpose of the role

· To ensure the site is cleaned to a high standard within the time frame allocated.

· To deliver excellent customer service

· To ensure the security and safety of the site during the cleaning process.

· To ensure all Company paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work as part of the Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services Team to ensure the success of the business and customer satisfaction.

Ensure all materials are ordered for the site on time and adequate stock levels maintained.

Ensure that all Company equipment (vacuum cleaner, buffers etc) is checked and maintained to a safe standard and properly looked after and to inform the office immediately if any problems occur.

Maintain security and safety of all site/storage keys and access cards

Maintain all relevant paperwork/records, submitting when required as directed

Supervise the cleaning of the site, conducting quality checks and resolving any issues as they arise

Report any accidents or near misses as per the Company and Client policy and procedure

Report any health and safety risks in line with Company procedure and, where appropriate, take action to resolve

Wear full uniform at all times, acting as a role model and ambassador for the Company

Build and maintain good working relationships with the Client, resolving queries, keeping them updated and challenging in an appropriate manner

Ensuring replenishing of stock in areas (for example washrooms) is carried out

Guide new staff and monitor their progress.

Deliver Inductions to existing staff (where they are requested to cover absence at short notice)

Cover any absences on site, possibly at short notice.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Part-time hours: 15.5 per week
