Reporting directly into the Team Leader, this is a key role within the Operations team where your performance ensures the consistent and seamless delivery of both outstanding cleaning and customer service throughout our customers. This position is a customer-facing mobile position where you are expected to attend various sites throughout each day, covering for planned and unplanned absence and quite often working across split shifts.
This role is a hands-on cleaning position as well as occasionally, a supervisory role. In your supervisory capacity you will be expected to induct and train new starters as well as play an active role in coaching existing employees where necessary.
You are the first point of contact for both our customers and front-line cleaners and are therefore expected to lead from the front in all circumstances, upholding our standards and company values at all times.

You will be the first point of contact for covering holidays and troubleshooting for the Team Leader, you will work closely with the Team Leader to manage all aspects of the contracts with customers, handling any queries that arise and finding solutions.
General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with Mrs Buckét’s quality standards, including but not limited to; dusting, mopping, hoovering, emptying bins, deep cleans. You will be involved in training our new starters and existing cleaning team.

You must have the ability to clean to an extremely high standard and have a willingness to learn and grow.
Previous experience of cleaning in commercial premises would be advantageous but is by no means essential as we are more interested in your willingness to learn and your attitude.
You must be able to supervise people and find solutions to issues and problems when they arise in a calm and methodical manner and communicate with customers in a way that gives them confidence in us that we care about delivering an outstanding service and that we are committed to resolving any problems they raise with us.
You must have a high-quality customer mindset, be able to drive and be of smart appearance.
