Job Overview

Reporting directly into the Team Leader, this is a key role within the Operations team where your performance ensures the consistent and seamless delivery of both outstanding cleaning and customer service to our customers. This position is a customer facing position where you are expected to carry out your work in a timely and professional manner upholding our outstanding service standards and company values at all times.

What you will be doing

  • Acting as an ambassador for the company
  • General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with our exceptionally high-quality com-pany cleaning and service standards including but not limited to; dusting, mopping, hoo-vering and waste management
  • Building strong relationships with our customers dealing with any issues or complaints in a timely, helpful and professional manner
  • Working with colleagues in a helpful, team focused and kind manner
  • Ensuring cleaning audit scores and KPIs are met
  • Informing your Line Manager of any issues regarding the contract with our customer
  • Informing your Line Manager of any product supply needs to ensure the smooth running of the operation
  • Assisting your colleagues with on-the-job advice where needed to create a supportive team working environment
  • If you are a lone-worker, ensure you follow company and customer procedures to stay safe
  • Ensuring that your tasks are completed on time
  • Attending training courses on the request of the company ensuring they are completed on time
  • Any ad- hoc duties that arise depending on the needs of the business

Essential Requirements

  • Right To Work in UK
  • A Basic or Enhanced DBS depending on the requirement of the role
