Mrs Bucket Cleaning Services is a multi-award winning cleaning company offering commercial cleaning services to key service clients across Wales and the South West. With a stark increase in the requests for ‘deep cleans’ and ‘decontamination’ services, we need further support on our front-line.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused cleaner with incredibly high cleaning standards who is looking to work with an organisation who invests in its products, services, its people and one that provides a motivated place to work where you feel valued. The role is in  a car dealership located in Patchway.


  • General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with our exceptionally high-quality company cleaning and service standards including but not limited to; dusting, mopping, hoovering and waste management
  • Build strong relationships with our customers dealing with any issues or complaints in a timely, helpful and professional manner
  • Work with colleagues in a helpful, team focused and kind manner
  • Ensure cleaning audit scores and KPIs are met
  • Inform your Line Manager of any issues regarding the contract with our customer
  • Inform your Line Manager of any product supply needs to ensure the smooth running of the operation
  • Assist your colleagues with on-the-job advice where needed to create a good team bond
  • If you are a lone-worker, ensure you follow company and customer procedures to stay safe
  • Ensure that your tasks are completed on time
  • Ensure all training requests are completed on time
  • Any ad-hoc tasks required due to the needs of the business

Person Profile

  • Ability to clean to an extremely high standard
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Previous experience of cleaning in commercial premises would be advantageous but is by no means essential as we are more interested in your willingness to learn and the motivation for the role
  • Be able to find solutions to issues and problems if and when they arise in a calm and methodical manner
  • Be able to communicate with customers in a way that gives them confidence in us
  • Able to work to set timescales and deliver what we say we will, when we say we will
  • Flexible with your time and attitude as this role can be very reactive
  • High-quality customer service mindset
  • A motivated, proactive, energetic approach to life and work
  • Act as an ambassador for the company
  • Take pride in providing excellent cleaning service

Working Hours

  • Monday – Saturday
  • 3 hours during the afternoon Monday-Friday
  • 2 hours during the afternoon Saturday
  • 17 hours
