RECRUITMENT & PEOPLE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Overview

Reporting directly into the Senior Recruiter this is an essential supporting role within the Recruitment and People division.  This is a fast-paced environment where you will be delivering administrative support to both recruitment and operations quite often at the same time. It is a consistently busy role but extremely rewarding.

 

What you will be doing

  • Ensure that both our ‘soon to be’ employees and existing employees are given a first class service from the Recruitment and People division at all times
  • Post Job Adverts for all new vacancies onto job boards, company website and social media channels including Facebook and Linked In
  • Communicate all new vacancies to existing employees and Talent Banks via Facebook, SMS and Email
  • Manage company employee recruitment referral scheme
  • Send out emails and letters as requested to support all recruitment activity to ensure the candidate recruitment journey delivered is professional and meets our company values at all times
  • Successfully onboard new starters into our internal HR, Payroll and Absence Management systems and spreadsheets
  • Manage the employee leaver process
  • Maintain employee and candidate data across our internal systems ensuring all data is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Ensure all KPI reporting data is kept up to date
  • On the instruction of the Operations Team ensure all necessary employee related letters are sent to employees on behalf of Area Managers
  • You will be the main point of contact for all employee queries via phone, SMS and email and you will be expected to deal with these queries in a timely and professional manner, calling on the advice of Operations and Finance divisions as required
  • Manage all employee communication across email, SMS and social media; daily, weekly and monthly
