As an office administrator, my job is to keep Mrs Bucket HQ as organised as possible. As well as administrative duties, I also support our managers with their daily commitments, ensuring that each task is completed with attention to detail. I thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic environment and absolutely love being part of our passionate team.
Looking after the domestic side of the business, I deal with new enquiries and taking on new clients. I develop strong relationships with existing clients, making sure they’re satisfied with the work of our lovely cleaners. I also work closely with my Area Manager, Dawn Hart, ensuring the smooth running of the team. I am very proud to work with everyone at Mrs Bucket headquarters!
I started work at Mrs Bucket in June 2018. I previously worked for a large Housing Association for 8 years as an EA to the MD for the Care & Support division and also as a PA to the Managing Director and Senior Practitioner in the NHS. Prior to that, I spent 17 years with HSBC Bank Plc. I enjoy working for Rachael who definitely keeps me busy. I love her story, how she grew the company and how she values her staff. Her plans for the future are exciting and I enjoy being part of that.
I started with the company in August 2018. My background includes decades of experience in communications and cleaning. I previously spent nearly a decade in the Royal Air Force in communications monitoring and spent 25 years in the prison service as a Prison Officer.
I have been with Mrs Buckèt for just over a year and began as an Area Manager. Before that, I was a National Accounts Manager for Mitie – a British strategic outsourcing and energy services company providing facilities management. My background includes 7 years a National Accounts Manager for a major facilities management company and over 10 years experience in the cleaning sector.
