I started working for Mrs Buckét nine years ago as a cleaner and was promoted to Service Manager a year ago. I am now the Area Manager for the Swansea Commercial division where I look after our customers to ensure we do everything we can to make they happy and constantly improve our services.

I have worked for Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services for nearly 2 years and my current role is Service Manager in the Swansea Commercial division. I work closely with the Area Manager to ensure our customers receive a professional and responsive cleaning service. I manage sites in Llanelli where I undertake regular audits to ensure sites are maintained to the highest standard. All the team are amazing, we support each other and I am proud to work for Mrs Buckét.
I started work at Mrs Buckét in June 2018. I previously worked for a large Housing Association for 8 years as an EA to the MD for the Care & Support division and also as a PA to the Managing Director and Senior Practitioner in the NHS. Prior to that, I spent 17 years with HSBC Bank Plc. I enjoy working for Rachael who definitely keeps me busy. I love her story, how she grew the company and how she values her staff. Her plans for the future are exciting and I enjoy being part of that.
I started with the company in August 2018. My background includes decades of experience in communications and cleaning. I previously spent nearly a decade in the Royal Air Force in communications monitoring and spent 25 years in the prison service as a Prison Officer.
I have been with Mrs Buckét for just over a year and began as an Area Manager. Before that, I was a National Accounts Manager for Mitie – a British strategic outsourcing and energy services company providing facilities management. My background includes 7 years a National Accounts Manager for a major facilities management company and over 10 years experience in the cleaning sector.
