Kim Hurlow
“I’m the manager of Mrs Bucket and I have been with the company from the very early days and have seen how it has grown from strength to strength. I oversee the day to day running of the business. A big part of my job is to Spot check all the sites on a regular basis which is one of our many Usp’s. I work closely with Nadia as I spend most of my time on the road between jobs. I love my job because every day brings a new challenge and I get to meet so many different people”

“I’m the accounts administrator at Mrs Bucket. Part of my job role is to provide and support the delivery of services to all our clients. I ensure the correct processing for customer payments and follow up on any outstanding payments.  I am also responsible for timely payment of suppliers to ensure that we are able to maintain our high standard of service to our clients. My job requires that I provide excellent customer service, organizational skills and maintain confidentiality”.

“I’m the senior administrator here at Mrs Bucket and I am the person who you would usually come through to on the phone. I mainly oversee all the new customers and existing customer bookings. I have been with Mrs Bucket for just over a year and am delighted to be part of a team that really cares, the best part of my job is speaking to very happy customers”
