Rapid Response Team Leader Required – Swansea & Surrounding Areas

Are you looking for a new challenge? Then look no further than Mrs Bucket Cleaning Services! We are a multi-award winning cleaning company.We offer commercial cleaning services to clients in Swansea & Surrounding Areas and we’re on the hunt for a Rapid Response Team Leader!

Duties:

• To be the first point of contact for covering holidays and troubleshooting for the area manager
• To work closely with the Area Manager to manage all aspects of the contracts with clients
• General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with the Mrs Bucket quality standard
• To include: dusting, mopping, hoovering, emptying bins on all sites
• Ad- hoc duties

Job Details:

• Monday to Saturday (occasional Sundays)
• Early mornings / day times/ evenings
• Needs to be Flexible
• 40 hours per week (may have additional overtime)
• Includes Fuel Allowance
• Company Van is provided
• £9.61 per hour equivalent to £20,000 + per annum

Person specification

• Ability to clean to a high standard
• Previous experience of cleaning in commercial premises
• DBS check
• Clean driving license
• Use your own initiative
• Able to work to set timescales
• Provide flexibility to the business
• Have a high-quality customer service ethos
• Act as an ambassador for the company
• Take pride in providing excellent cleaning service

Applicants holding a current DBS (less than 3 months old) would be highly preferable. Applicants without a DBS would be considered but will be subject to a DBS check, the cost of which is (£36) to be met by the successful applicant.
