The company is looking for an individual who is confident, charismatic and a natural team player. You will be supporting the Managing Director and wider management team with various Executive Assistant duties.

As this is a brand-new role you will be able to make your own stamp on the position and set up new processes. If you are looking for a challenge where you can add your own spin, then this would definitely suit you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Director and senior management
  • Project management duties
  • Diary management/PA duties for director and divisional manager
  • Minute-takings and distribution of meeting agendas
  • Liaising with area managers, collating data and completion of customer CRM Dashboard
  • Answering of incoming calls and liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Setting up new customers on internal systems and preparation of customer site handbooks
  • Customer stock ordering
  • Management of company policies and documentation storage on our Cloud network
  • Dealing with technical matters and liaising with software providers where necessary
  • Health and Safety representative for the office
  • General office admin (filing, ordering stationery, post etc)


  • PA experience working within a fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • On the ball, confident and switched on

Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence:

You need to have excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You need to be trustworthy and have the ability to use discretion when required in addition to having an outgoing and professional manner.  You must work well to deadlines. You should have propensity for thinking ahead, and the ability to rise to the challenge of new or unexpected circumstances.  You all also must possess excellent IT skills.
