What are we looking for?

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to capitalise on our success. We are looking for a proven hunter of new business who takes pride in the completion and ownership of the whole sales process from prospect to client on boarding. We are looking for a sales star who looks after and has already a network across the South Wales & Bristol/South West Markets. The role will involve working closely with the Managing Director. This is a really exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our organisation at this truly exciting time.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Required licence or certification: Driving License


What’s expected?

  1. To proactively promote and sell the Mrs Buckét brand to potential new clients across the South Wales & Bristol/South West Markets.
  2. To source, identify and convert potential new clients into new business.
  3. Line management Responsibility of telesales appointment setter and to contribute to the development and achieving of KPI’s for the sales function.
  4. To proactively network and promote the services of Mrs Buckét wherever possible.
  5. To meet with potential new clients in order to understand their cleaning requirements in order to sell our services appropriately.
  6. To be able to maximise revenues on new contracts to ensure profitability of new contracts.
  7. To actively maintain and update a pipeline of new business using company software systems.
  8. To actively canvass for new business opportunities and update CRM accordingly.
  9. To assist with company marketing plans and targeting sales accordingly.
  10. To assist with any adhoc requirements as per the company sales targets.
